What should you bring to your first visit?

We want you to get the most out of your free initial consultation. In order to best serve you and give you accurate advice about your bankruptcy case, there are a few things that you will need to bring with you.

1. A list of you assets
2. The bills or physical statements from your creditors 
3. A copy of your 2 most recently filed tax returns
4. Last 6 months of paystubs or proof of income received for the last 6 months
5. Credit reports if you have requested them within the last 12 months. If you have not requested your credit report in the last 12 months, please allow our office to do so.

Once you decide that you are ready to get started, the only thing we will need to file your case is a small filing fee required by the courts. We will meet with you, review your information, answer any questions you may have, and then make a recommendation for your personal situation based on our many years of knowledge and experience dealing with bankruptcies in the state of Georgia for the past 17 years.
